The Way of the Editor:

Speed Bumps and DrawerBoxes

Jetzt mitmachen un 5,000 Euro?

Continuing my tradition of discussing random and tangential topics in this blog with only the most passing of relations to comics, I’d liek to start the first post of the new year something thing fun and light-hearted, and for anyone who’s ever had similar problems with speeding motorists in their quiet, suburban neighborhood, a product greatly desired should it hit the market when we bend reality.

Brought to you courtesy of Chuck Abar, who, aside from being our local go-to guy for comic book bags and boards, is also now our supplier of humor and YouTube videos as well.

Speaking of which, our two favorite vendors, Chuck and Richard Vincent (of Collection DrawerBox fame) have now teamed up to provide West Coast collectors with the DrawerBoxes we love, and if you get your order in now, it’ll be a vote in favor of Chuckcontinuing to carry this one in the future.

The deal:

LONG DrawerBox Shell AND Drawer (box without lid) Combo.
Ten for $72.50 ($7.25 each)
Bundle of 25  for $175.000 ($7.00 each)
(Most stores will want to order in multiples of 25.)

It’s really cheaper than getting the boxes shipped to you directly, but the caveat is that the boxes are delivery-only, as shipping costs would destroy the whole point of the discount. So, voice your opinion and tell your local dealer about it!

Interested parties can e-mail Chuck directly.
