Genre: Comedy, Anthology

The Fun Never Stops is the definitive anthology of comic art by Drew Friedman from 1991 through 2006, collected from sources as varied as Entertainment Weekly, GQ, The New Yorker, Spin, and Mad Magazine. No celebrity, whether from Hollywood or Washington, D.C., is safe from Friedman’s biting humor and witty caricatures. His precise technique results in drawings so detailed they simulate photography, while his scripts and settings are usually absurdly, yet hilariously, tragic-comic. This is truly a must-read for fans of Friedman, and includes a detailed biography of the artist by Ben Schwartz.

Jennifer grew up in an almost-rural part of California and is currently living in the metropolis of Portland. She knows how to fish without bait, find magnetic north, shoot a bow and arrow, and slaughter small animals, but very rarely does any of it.

Jennifer’s favorite comics include PS 238, She-Hulk, Usagi Yojimbo, Fables, and Impulse.
